2025 ANNUAL DUES- HOA dues for each residence is $420 per year.
- Payment is due on or before January 31st of each year.
- After January 31st, a $50 late fee will be assessed.
- If paying after January 31st, please add $50 to your payment.

2. Pay $435.68 digitally: (3.6% convenience fee ($15.68) is added)
- Ensure the amount reads: $435.68
- Press the button "Pay Dues Using PayPal" on the right side of this page
- Complete payment on PayPal's website. You will be redirected to PayPal's website where you will complete your payment
- Watch for receipt emailed when complete.
NOTE- Why is digital payment higher? - A 3.6% convenience fee ($15.68) is added for using PayPal. ($420 + $15.68 = $435.68)
- Can I make a bank transfer? PayPal charges a fee for credit cards and bank transfers. The fee is the same for all PayPal transactions. If you do not wish to pay a fee, you must pay by physical check.
